REFUND POLICY DISCLAIMER
At PrecisionPoint Diagnostics LLC, we are committed to providing accurate, timely, and professional diagnostic and mobile testing services. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are considered final.
No Refunds for Services Rendered
Once services have been performed, specimens collected, or testing has begun, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, drug testing, laboratory services, mobile collections, and consultations.
Prepaid Services
Prepaid appointments or service fees are non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Missed or Canceled Appointments
Failure to provide proper notice for cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of any fees paid. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all provided information is accurate prior to testing. PrecisionPoint Diagnostics LLC is not responsible for errors due to incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the client.
Third-Party Billing & Insurance
If applicable, any billing disputes related to third-party providers or insurance must be handled directly with those entities. We do not guarantee reimbursement from insurance providers.
Service Limitations
Refunds will not be issued based on test results, including positive or negative outcomes, as results are determined by laboratory analysis and are beyond our control.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of PrecisionPoint Diagnostics LLC. Approval of any refund is not guaranteed.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
